Refund policy

Before submitting a refund request, please email us with a detailed description of the issue you're facing. We should be given the opportunity to resolve the problem.

Refunds are accepted and processed only in cases where there is a Defect that we are unable to fix. Please refer to the definition of Defect at the end of this page.

You can claim a refund only within 48 hours of purchase.

Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons (including but not limited to)

  • You do not 'like' the Product after purchase without a specific reason.
  • You 'expected' a certain feature or functionality that is not present in the Product, and you feel it is obvious.
  • Your environment is incompatible with the Product requirements, resulting in a Defect that prevents use.
  • You mistakenly purchased the wrong Product or License.
  • You find it difficult to understand how to use or customize the Product.
  • You have violated the license terms under which the purchase was made.
  • You have customized the code, resulting in the Product not behaving as expected.
  • Due to non-functional reasons such as response time, throughput, or similar parameters.
  • Once you have downloaded the item, refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Please review all product information carefully before making a purchase.

When you buy a product from our website, you receive the code that you need to develop yourself. It is your responsibility to manage this, and we cannot assist with development.

We do not offer refunds for downloaded items, and we do not provide installation or modification support.

Definition of Defect
A Defect refers to an error or bug in the product that prevents it from functioning as described in the product documentation. Issues caused by incompatibility with user environments or custom modifications are not considered Defects.
